What I provide

My Specialties

Supporting people through loss, bereavement, chronic and terminal illness, caring responsibilities, experiencing traumatic life events including being the victim of crime (Reported or otherwise).

A sunset or sunrise over a horizon with scattered clouds in the sky.

Adverse childhood experiences, adult children of alcohol and substance dependents, former child carers of parents, and childhood sexual assault survivors.

A close-up of a small teddy bear figurine made of brown, textured material with black eyes, sitting on a surface surrounded by scattered gray and white shredded paper or ash, with a metal object and old books nearby.
Close-up of several lit candles with warm orange and yellow flames against a dark background.

Your experience of religion, spirituality, how you connect with the world around you, and what may be beyond.

A rainbow flag with stripes of orange, yellow, green, blue, pink, and black, waving in the wind against a clear blue sky in an urban area.

Gender expression and identity, transitioning and exploration, sexuality, relationships, and other LGBTQIA+ experiences.

I have a particular interest in the many forms of loss we experience throughout life—including bereavement, changes in identity, childhood experiences, illness, relationship endings and the quieter grief of what was never received. I believe that making space for these losses can be an important part of reconnecting with ourselves.
